Stop proving. Start leading from a place that feels like you.

Life coaching for high-performing women who want more clarity, more regulation, and more alignment in the way they lead, live, and show up.

You’re successful — but something feels off.

You know how women face really unique challenges as leaders in high-pressure environments?

Maybe you are the woman who looks accomplished on the outside, but privately wrestles with self-doubt and feels crushed by mistakes.

Maybe you are carrying a title, a role, or a life that looks strong from the outside, but underneath it all, you feel disconnected from yourself.

Maybe you are tired of constantly performing, constantly proving, and constantly holding it all together.

If that sounds familiar, you are not weak. You are not behind. You are not broken.

You may simply need space to reconnect with yourself in a more honest, grounded, and sustainable way.

Meet Taylor

I’m Taylor Galadyk, a women’s life coach, Marine veteran, mother, and graduate counseling student.

My work is for women who are high-performing, high-capacity, and carrying a lot. Women who are used to being strong. Women who are relied on. Women who want more than just looking like they have it together.

I know this world because I’ve lived it.

My background includes military leadership, elite athletics, coaching, motherhood, and a personal healing journey that reshaped how I understand strength, growth, and what it really means to be aligned.

What I Help Women Do:

  • A woman with long, wavy brown hair sitting on a white couch with her legs crossed in a lotus position. She is wearing a beige top and striped beige pants. Her right hand is placed on her chest, and her left hand rests on her lap. There is a tattoo on her left forearm. Behind her, there is a white wall with a decorative panel and a potted plant with green leaves.

    Reconnect with themselves

When life has become all roles, pressure, and responsibility, we reconnect with the woman underneath all of it.

    Build emotional resilience

Not by becoming harder, but by becoming more regulated, self-aware, and steady under pressure.

  • Three women in wetsuits smiling and giving thumbs up outside a garage with surfboards inside.

    Lead with authenticity and authority

In your work, your relationships, and your life. Not from fear. Not from performance. From alignment. This language is directly supported by Taylor’s own elevator pitch and current brand promise.

What women are saying:

  • A woman and two young boys sitting on a beach, smiling and enjoying the sunny day.

“I am so thankful for my work with Taylor. She is a force of nature. Her calm, affable demeanor made me feel at ease.  Prior to working with her, I was a confessed perfectionist and people pleaser. I functioned with a high level of daily anxiety.  My work with her taught  me about setting and sticking to boundaries. I learned to create and set expectations and allow for grace when things don't follow the plan.   This helped me in my personal life as a wife and mother, but also as I returned to the workforce last spring. These skills have helped me to do and try things I might not have before because of a fear of failure, and for that, I am so grateful.”

    ERIN

  • A smiling woman in U.S. Marine fatigues holding a small child in front of green bushes.

“Taylor’s ability to hold space for being simultaneously tough and soft was a living example I desperately needed to witness.”

    MEREDITH

  • Family photo outdoors: man in military uniform, woman in red dress, young girl in white dress, young boy in dress shirt and vest, with a hill and a large logo in the background.

“She won’t just connect with you during the session you paid for. She will reach out and check in with you, just because. She cares.”

    NATALIA

  • A woman in military uniform sitting on a staircase with two young children, one girl and one boy; the girl is leaning on her, and the boy is sitting on her lap with a cookie.

“She truly understands my situation and guides me by asking the right questions to help me prioritize what matters most.”
